Shipping policy

Order Processing:

All orders are carefully packaged and processed within 1–3 business days for ready-to-ship items. Pre-orders will ship according to the estimated release date listed on the product page.


Shipping Rates & Delivery:

 

  • Standard shipping is calculated at checkout.

  • $15 shipped promotions will automatically apply where stated.

  • Estimated delivery times depend on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

 


Pre-Orders & Limited Extras:

 

  • Pre-order and “limited extras” items are only available for a short window.

  • Once quantities are gone, no restocks will be made unless otherwise noted.

  • Shipping for pre-orders will begin on the date listed in the product description.

 


Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


International Shipping:

Currently, we ship to the United States only.


Lost or Damaged Packages:
